  • 30-Day Return Window – Return your luggage or backpack within 30 days of delivery date (2026-06-11).
  • Condition Requirements – Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached and accessories included.

  • Refund Processing – Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable.

Warranty Coverage

All EASTPAKSCANADA luggage and backpacks come with a limited warranty ranging from 1 to 3 years, depending on the product model and material specifications.

This warranty covers:

The following are excluded from warranty coverage:
